My notes

Runnalls is the original author of the closed-form KL upper bound that became the standard greedy GMR criterion after 2007. The 2007 paper is the only piece of his work currently in the wiki, but the bound itself is reused and refined in essentially every subsequent serious GMR paper, so this page is likely to accumulate citations rather than original work over time.
